Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the MG Professional LLC website and its authorized business-management tools. Questions may be sent to info@letsgomgpro.com. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

Inquiries, estimates, and construction work

Submitting a quote request does not create a construction contract or guarantee availability, pricing, insurance coverage, claim approval, or a completion date. Scope, payment, warranties, and other project obligations are governed by the applicable written agreement. Website material does not authorize work that requires a permit, inspection, or other approval.

Authorized use and submitted content

Use the service lawfully and only connect accounts you are authorized to manage. Keep account access secure. Do not upload material you lack permission to use, misuse another person's information, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. You retain your rights in submitted content and permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to deliver the requested services.

Connected accounts and communications

Third-party platforms, including Meta, apply their own terms, permissions, and availability limits. Account connection does not itself authorize publication. Authorized administrators are responsible for reviewing content and granting applicable publishing or scheduling approvals. You may revoke an integration's access through the provider or disconnect it in the app.

Automated tools and professional review

AI-generated drafts, estimates, summaries, and permit guidance may contain errors. Review them before relying on them, publishing them, or taking action. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, an insurer's coverage determination, or an authority's written approval.

Availability and third-party services

We aim to maintain a useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free information. Features may change or become unavailable, including when a third-party service changes. We may restrict access to protect security or address misuse. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
