Data Deletion Instructions
Effective October 18, 2026
These instructions apply to the MG Professional LLC app, including information obtained through a connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account.
1. Request deletion
Email info@letsgomgpro.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include:
- The name and public link or ID of the connected business Page or account, if applicable.
- The email address associated with your relationship with MG Professional LLC.
- Whether you want connected-account information deleted, an integration disconnected, or other personal information reviewed for deletion.
Do not include passwords, App Secrets, or access tokens. We may need to verify your identity or your authority over a business account before taking action.
2. Revoke connected-account access
In Facebook settings, look for Business integrations or Apps and websites, select the MG Professional LLC app, and remove its access. Labels can vary by device and account. An authorized administrator can also disconnect the integration from the app's Social Media settings.
Revoking access and deleting stored information are different actions. Send the deletion request above if you also want previously stored information removed.
3. What happens next
After verification, we review the request and remove applicable connected-account credentials and associated information from active systems, subject to lawful retention obligations. We will respond about completion, any information that must be retained, or any additional verification needed. You may request a status update using the same email thread.
Some project, invoice, permit, security, or dispute records may need to be retained. Backup copies may persist until they expire under the relevant retention process. Deleting data from our app does not delete posts already published on Facebook or Instagram; those posts can be managed on the respective platform.
This is a human-reviewed email request process, not an automatic deletion callback. No deletion occurs merely by opening this page.
