Privacy & transparency
Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026
This policy describes how MG Professional LLC handles information through letsgomgpro.com and its connected business-management tools, including the MG Professional LLC Meta app. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to info@letsgomgpro.com.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: names, contact details, property or project information, quote requests, messages, and documents or photographs you submit.
- Business records: estimates, project communications, permit documents, scheduling details, and related records supplied by customers or authorized staff.
- Account and technical information: account details, session cookies, browser and device information, request logs, and information used to operate, secure, and understand use of the service.
- Calls and messages: contact information, message content, and call summaries, transcripts, or recordings when those features are used. Recording and automated communications must follow applicable notice and consent requirements.
Connected Facebook and Instagram accounts
When an authorized administrator connects a Meta account, we receive the permissions and information Meta makes available through that authorization. This may include account identifiers, access tokens, a list of managed Pages, Page names, Page access roles, and Page content or publishing information. If Instagram access has separately been granted, linked professional-account information and publishing status may also be processed.
We use this information to identify authorized business accounts, display connection status, prepare and manage business content, and publish content when authorized by the administrator. Connecting an account alone does not authorize a post. Current Facebook connection requests are limited to Facebook Page permissions; Instagram capabilities require separate applicable access. We do not request a Facebook password through our app.
Connected email and business services
Authorized staff may connect email, voice, messaging, storage, and AI services. Depending on the feature used, the app may process email messages and attachments, contact information, uploaded files, and conversation content to prepare briefings, organize project and permit records, draft communications, and provide requested business services.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, coordinate work and permitting, manage customer relationships and authorized communications, operate connected accounts, protect against misuse, and satisfy applicable business and legal obligations. Where AI features are used, relevant content may be sent to the configured AI service to produce the requested result.
When information is shared
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, storage, email, telephone and SMS services, analytics, AI processing, and account integrations. Information may also be shared with project participants, subcontractors, insurers, or permitting authorities when needed for the requested work or authorized coordination, and when legally required. We do not sell information obtained through Meta or use Meta access tokens for unrelated advertising purposes.
Cookies and security
The app uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, sessions, and preferences. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or connected-account features from working. We use access controls and encrypted storage for saved Meta credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, ongoing work, account operation, and applicable legal or contractual requirements. Information may be retained where needed for invoices, permits, disputes, fraud prevention, or other lawful recordkeeping. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies in backups; any retained information remains subject to applicable protections.
You may request access, correction, or deletion, or ask about an integration's stored information. See our data-deletion instructions. Removing access through Meta stops future access under that authorization, but does not itself delete previously stored information.
Your choices and contact
Send privacy requests to info@letsgomgpro.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or project, but do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents unless a secure verification process is specifically arranged. We may verify authority before disclosing or deleting records. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the circumstances.
Children and policy changes
Our services are intended for adults and business users, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
